D.A.T.A. Bodywork

Exclusive and unique, Master Kathy Dunn created this massage whom I was taught under over 15 years ago. It is gentle yet firm at the same time whilst aiding good posture, hence it’s name, Dragon and Tiger Alignment (D.A.T.A.). A blend of Eastern and Western techniques, it uses pressure points, meridian stimulus and lymphatic drainage techniques. It is a deep tissue therapeutic massage great for tension in the muscles, stress and to reduce cellulite. Trigger point therapy is offered and performed upon request, which is an effective way of reducing tightness.

Pranic healing and Reiki can be performed on request. These are non invasive modalities that work on emotions and general healing. Certain stretches are offered when necessary for the client.

I use beautiful rosehip oil that is made on premises. Rosehip oil is anti aging, regenerating cells under the skin and beneficial for reducing wrinkles and scars. Normally used only for the face you are treated to this oil all over the body.
